CONSENT TO PROCESS PERSONAL INFORMATION IN TERMS OF THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION ACT, 4 OF 2013 (POPIA)

Designnox IT Solutions cc (herein referred to as DITS) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA). This statement outlines how DITS collects, stores, processes, and shares personal information in the course of providing services.

Your Rights and Responsibilities

  • Access the personal information held by DITS about you.

  • Request correction or deletion of your personal information if it is inaccurate, misleading, or outdated.

  • Withdraw consent for processing, provided that such withdrawal does not impact legally required processing.

Purpose of Data Collection and Use

Personal information is collected and processed by DITS strictly for the following purposes:

  • Creating, printing, and reproducing images and media as per client requests.

Data Security and Retention

DITS ensures that all personal information is securely stored and protected against unauthorized access. Personal data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill its intended purpose or as required by applicable laws and regulations.

Additionally, all images related to photography, canvases, or other creative orders will be deleted after the order has been received or on the 10th of each month, whichever comes first. This ensures adherence to data minimization and privacy principles.

Accuracy and Updates

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the personal information provided to DITS is accurate, up to date, and complete. Any changes to personal information should be communicated promptly to maintain accuracy and compliance.
